Through Auger Conveyor
For horizontal and inclined transport of bulk materials in agriculture—such as grain, seeds, bran, minerals, feed, and granules—as well as in the construction, food, chemical, and energy industries, we offer trough conveyors. These conveyors can receive material from discharge hoppers, unloading bins, tanks, or other conveyors and transfer it to other devices or storage containers. The conveyor can serve as a transporter for both short and long distances or be an integral part of a production line, functioning as a hopper extractor or feeder.
The trough sheet is formed into a U-shape using a short-section bending method. This process increases the mechanical strength of the sheet through plastic deformation. A pipe with a screw flight is mounted inside the trough and covered with removable lids. This design is particularly effective when frequent conveyor cleaning is required, or when there is a high risk of material blockages due to the type and moisture content of the transported material or intensive loading of the conveyor.

- Available in trough diameters of 125, 150, 200, 250, and 285 mm;
- Custom-built according to customer specifications, including length, capacity, structural features, and mounting options;
- All conveyors are available in a hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated version. The thickness of the trough sheet is selected based on the type of transported material, intensity of use, and expected lifespan;
- The conveyor is driven by a gear motor as standard, with parameters individually selected by our engineers. Additionally, the motor can be equipped with inverter control upon request;
- Bearings are installed in each segment section of the conveyor—typically every 2 meters—with each bearing equipped with its own grease fitting;
- Easy access to the interior of the conveyor after removing the upper trough cover, allowing for quick cleaning and removal of any obstructing elements.
Upon request, the conveyor can be equipped with a loading hopper of a specified volume, where transported material is accumulated. Additionally, a two-way discharge splitter can be installed as an optional feature.
