Screw Conveyor with Loading Hopper
The screw conveyors in this version are designed for grain transport through direct loading into the hopper mounted at the lower part of the conveyor.
These conveyors are used in agriculture, warehouses, feed production facilities, and by livestock breeders.
The conveyor is an excellent solution for unloading grain directly from a trailer. The throughput can be continuously adjusted using a tubular shutter.
The conveyor features a low-positioned bottom drive, which enhances stability without putting stress on the tubular segments.
The discharge height is manually adjustable using a crank, with a gear ratio designed for easy and safe lifting and lowering of the conveyor.
The chassis is made of solid steel profiles, which improve stability and minimize the impact of vibrations caused by the rotating screw on the entire device.
Focusing on durability and user safety, we have not forgotten about the mobility of the conveyor. It is equipped with large-diameter front wheels and a set of rear swivel wheels for easy manual movement around the farm.

* For conveyors with a 150 mm diameter, grease fittings are not used in the slide bushings. Due to low transverse loads and the use of high-quality special sliding materials, their durability lasts for many years.

- 250 indicates the tube diameter in mm,
